So yesterday was my cheat day. Apparently it is good to have one cheat day a week so your metabolism stays in check. Plus I am super hugry this week, lol. Today has gone well though. Also, diet cherry limades only have 17 calories! And I'm not allergic to the sweetener. So...yay! :)

...Or Not, lol.

Sooooo after going to Whole Foods and getting the purest form of Hoodia I was a little dissapointed to discover that I am alergic to it. Dissapointed, but not surprised seeing as how Hoodia is a plant and it was serum from that plant. Lots of fruits and veggies cause reactions for me. Anyway! So...I am going it alone, again, lol. But I will be fine. :) I have managed more excersise today too! 10 min of abs and 20min of walking at 1.5mph! So I have burned 150 calories so far. I have also discovered (after doing a little homework) that 1500 calories has not been doing well for me because that was my intake at 25. Since I am now 30, 1200 is the ideal for weight loss, and possibly 1500 for maintenance. SO if I can manage to burn at least 200 calories a day plus eating a diet of 1200 calories, I will be netting 500-1000 calories a day LESS than before which will definatly result in some...well, results. ;P Wish me luck! Oh yeah, also I downloaded this really cool app on my phone called "Cardio Trainer." It's awesome. Just saying. :) Enjoy your evening! I have 200 calories left today. Hmm...what will it be? ;)

Thanksgiving!

So...in the past two days I've managed to really get my calories in control with this SlimQuick stuff, BUT my lower back is hurting and since I am pretty sure there is a diuretic in it, I am going to not take it anymore because it might be too hard on my kidneys even though I have been drinking LOTS of water. Today was eh. Food was great but I know I dun went waaaaay over. :/ I am going to try Hoodia next. All it does is supress your appetite without all the diuretics, caffine and whatever else was making me feel a bit humped up on something, lol. I got a lot done over the past few days though, lol. That stuff gives you MAJOR energy! Anyways, not for me though. So on to try Hoodia. :) P.S., Seriously though the food was SO good! Bryan did most of the turkey and my mom helped me with a few things. Good times all around. Oh yeah, I am going to try a powerwalking DVD later tonite. Yes, this is what I've been reduced to. I'll be 100% one day soon though and can get back to kickboxing. Hope everyone has had a great day btw! Wish me luck and send prayers my way for success with this peeps.
