...Or Not, lol.

Sooooo after going to Whole Foods and getting the purest form of Hoodia I was a little dissapointed to discover that I am alergic to it. Dissapointed, but not surprised seeing as how Hoodia is a plant and it was serum from that plant. Lots of fruits and veggies cause reactions for me. Anyway! So...I am going it alone, again, lol. But I will be fine. :) I have managed more excersise today too! 10 min of abs and 20min of walking at 1.5mph! So I have burned 150 calories so far. I have also discovered (after doing a little homework) that 1500 calories has not been doing well for me because that was my intake at 25. Since I am now 30, 1200 is the ideal for weight loss, and possibly 1500 for maintenance. SO if I can manage to burn at least 200 calories a day plus eating a diet of 1200 calories, I will be netting 500-1000 calories a day LESS than before which will definatly result in some...well, results. ;P Wish me luck! Oh yeah, also I downloaded this really cool app on my phone called "Cardio Trainer." It's awesome. Just saying. :) Enjoy your evening! I have 200 calories left today. Hmm...what will it be? ;)
