So today I had basically an awesome workout! Not my usual 4mph at a 2.5 incline for half an hour but I am getting there slowly. :) I am also doing pretty well with my new caloric intake plan, and no diet aids to make me feel like I am having a heart attack, so yeah lol. Now that I am able to do excersises that will actually make a difference, I seriously think I can see some results by New Year's! Annnywho, on a completely unrelated note, my phone is nuts! Hoping to remedy the situation tomorrow while getting to visit with Melly the great. AND I get to see two of my besties from Abilene after church tomorrow, and hopefully HARRY POTTER tomorrow evening! Wait, speaking of which...I better get busy re-reading "Deathly Hallows"...again! Nite all! :D
